Q: What’s the biggest difference between GRIT and CHAMP Boot Camp?

A: The biggest difference between Grit and BootCamp is the pace. Grit moves at an often crazy pace. During Bootcamp, we will elevate our heart rates, challenge our fitness, and torch calories in just 30 minutes, but we’ll do it at a less extreme speed.

Q: What can members expect from the CHAMP Boot Camp?

A: Expect a unique workout every week! We will use a variety of equipment including weight, steps, resistance bands, medicine balls, jump ropes, and our own body weight. We’ll often work with a partner for added fun and motivation. Bootcamp is not pre-choreographed to specific music, but you’ll still get a killer playlist made up of what you and I want to hear. Expect to work hard for 30 minutes, learn new exercises, and have fun doing it!
