My name is Jack Hough. I was born and raised in Yukon, OK. I majored in exercise science at the University of Oklahoma. I have been involved in baseball, football, and basketball. When in college, I had a trainer by the name of Pete Martinelli. Because of him, I developed an interest for training other people. After getting all the knowledge out of my trainer, I started acquiring and training clients of my own.
In the fall of 2005 is when my life was changed forever. This is when I met my wife Amy at a guest ranch in Colorado, where we both worked for a season. When the season was over, she moved back to home (Carmel, IN), and I followed. After we were married, I started working for a fitness center in Oklahoma City. This is where I really sharpened my skills and gained the knowledge that I use today. I oversee a huge diversity in clients including competition athletes, business men, mothers, daughters, etc. My passion in life is helping clients reach their physical goals as well as teaching them proper technique and the reasons why we are doing these exercises. Training people to achieve maximum results is my passion and love in life. I can’t think of anything else that I would rather be doing.
