I am an ACE Certified Personal Trainer with over 8 years of experience. I am also a Certified Precision Nutrition Coach and am currently pursuing my Certification for Strength and Conditioning Specialist.
I have a passion for swimming, biking, running (both road and trail) as well as developing strength and training plans for others. I am a proud finisher of the Boston Marathon and I recently qualified for the 2018 Ironman World Championship in Hawaii.
